Mayfield Central School District, located near the Great Sacandaga Lake, and approximately 40 miles northwest of the Capital District, has a teaching vacancy in the Spanish 7-12 certification area starting immediately, and is now accepting applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment at the Jr/Sr High School.Candidates for this position must possess, at least, a bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred), and a valid NYS teacher certification in Spanish 7-12. Dual certification in French 7-12 would have a preference.Candidates should have effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues, and the school community as a whole.
