Notice of Anticipated VacancyOctober 25, 2023 Assistive/Adaptive Technology Teacher - Substitute Manhasset Schools: District WideThis temporary position is available November 6, 2023, thru January 5, 2024 Position Description:Work directly with students with disabilities in need of assistive/adaptive technology services.Work with school staff in the ongoing development of their computer technology skill set including support and training on accessibility technology (hardware and software).Ability to use and instruct others in the use of all MUFSD instructional technology systems. Qualifications: Appropriate New York State certification required. Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in special education, disability/accessibility services, and/or information technology.Prior experience in conducting assistive and adaptive technology evaluations a plus.
