The Mamaroneck Union Free School District, a proud member of the League of Innovative Schools, seeks educators who exemplify ingenuity and foster academic excellence, bringing an equity-minded, intellectually curious approach to their work. Our faculty and staff collaborate to personalize instruction, mentor students and colleagues, and continuously deepen their professional expertise. We value differences as strengths and strive to cultivate a shared ethic of care, high expectations, and collective responsibility across our schools. The Connections Program is an executive function support class where we offer students additional academic and social-emotional support. Our classes are structured where students have time to complete assignments while developing skills such as time management and organization. We also monitor students' academic progress and check their attendance. We facilitate students' communication with their teachers when necessary and so much more. Our classroom is designed to provide targeted, individualized support within a calm, intentional environment. We support students across all grades, and our goal is to help every one of them build healthy habits that serve them well beyond high school.
