The Mahopac Central School District is seeking Summer Building Cleaners Part-time District Wide from July 1 through August 28, 2026. Salary as per the USWOM Bargaining Agreement. The successful candidate will have following responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: Cleans interior section of sections of buildings, including halls, classrooms, faculty rooms, offices, bathrooms, stairwells, locker rooms, cafeteria and gymnasium Uses building cleaning supplies, materials and equipment Dusts chairs, tables and other furniture Washes windows, walls, woodwork, toilets, sinks and other plumbing fixtures Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and waxes floors Gathers and disposes of refuse Moves and./or relocates furniture for summer cleaning or personnel relocations May be assigned misc tasks such as minor groundskeeping or painting work, to be completed under supervision May be assigned to multiple of different buildings Performs a variety of related activities as directed Hours: 6:00am - 12:00pm Salary: per USWOM Collective Bargaining Agreement Deadline for applications: April 10, 2026 Anyone interested in applying for the above-mentioned position should complete an application on OLAS and the Human Resources page of the Mahopac Central School District website.
