We are seeking a dynamic, student-centered educational leader who is committed to academic excellence, positive school culture, and collaborative leadership. About the Position Liverpool Middle School serves students in grades 6–8 and plays a critical role in preparing learners for success in high school and beyond. The successful candidate will be an instructional leader who: Promotes high expectations and academic achievement for all students. Builds positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. Fosters a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Supports and develops staff through coaching, supervision, and professional learning. Uses data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Collaborates effectively with district leadership and school stakeholders. Qualifications New York State School Building Leader (SBL) certification required. Successful administrative and leadership experience preferred. Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success. Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and middle-level education. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and support staff and students.
