The Lindenhurst UFSD is seeking to contract with a physical therapist to support gross motor development for district students during the summer. The summer program begins July 5, 2023 and continues through August 16, 2023. The caseload consists of approximately 22-thirty minute sessions. The position is contractual; an individual contract will be developed and submitted for board approval. Physical therapy certification/licensure required. General Responsibilities: Provide mandated physical therapy sessions based on IEP mandates. Track progress related to student goals. Record and submit session notes. Ongoing communication with staff and parents.
