The Lindenhurst UFSD is seeking a qualified reading specialist to serve in the capacity of a leave replacement for the start of the 2026-2027 school year. All applicants must be appropriately certified and should address job-specific cover letters to Dr. Jennifer Wesolowski, Director of AIS, 504 Services K-12 and UPK. Clinical Expertise: • Proven experience implementing evidence-based interventions using reading resources such as: Heggerty, UFLI, and LLI. • Proficiency in data-driven instruction: using i-Ready, F&P Benchmarks, and formative assessments to determine AIS entry and exit criteria. • Ability to analyze formative assessments and student work samples to tailor individual instruction.
