The Lindenhurst UFSD is seeking to contract with a physical therapist to support gross motor development for district students during the summer. The summer program begins 7/5 and continues through 8/16. The caseload consists of approximately 22-thirty minute sessions. The position is contractual; an individual contract will be developed and submitted for board approval. Physical therapy certification/licensure required.General Responsibilities: Provide mandated physical therapy sessions based on IEP mandates. Track progress related to student goals.Record and submit session notes. Ongoing communication with staff and parents.
