The instructional coach will provide support for district goals and initiatives in order to enhance student learning. the role of an instructional coach will encompass, but not be limited to, the modeling of lessons, co-planning, co-teaching, and the designing and facilitating of ongoing professional learning. The ideal candidate will possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, strong pedagogical skills, the ability to collaborate, a strong knowledge of instructional technology, and teacher-leadership qualities.Summer work on an as-needed basisStart date: 8/1/23
