REQUIREMENTS: NYS Certification as a School CounselorRESPONSIBILITIES:Counsel individual students and/or in small groups on the basis of student and school needs.Promote positive and supportive school culture and climate.Collaborate and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators and parents to help students succeed.Coordinate and organize meetings with parents as needed.Updates and maintains detailed student records as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience as a school counselor is preferred.Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.Leadership skills to help advocate for student needs.Adaptability and flexibility.START: ~January 5 2026 through February 27, 2026SALARY: $175 per day
