The Locust Valley Central School District is looking for a (2025-2026 School Year) Film & Media Support Teaching Assistant (HS) to join our team in providing a safe, nurturing and challenging classroom environment devoted to helping all students reach their full potential. REQUIREMENTS: Must be certified as a NYS Teaching AssistantRESPONSIBILITIES:Board meetings & events live-streaming support when neededAssisting in the film & media classroomCamera inventory & asset management. Managing records, materials and equipmentDaily equipment and computer setups which includes and is not limited to setting up and breaking down equipmentSupervision of students when working around the building and during activities and projectsSupport with the island-wide film festivalSCHEDULE: As needed throughout the academic school yearSALARY: Hourly rate starting at $19.02.
