The Lakeland Central School District is hiring Bus Monitors for the 2025-2026 school year. Bus Monitors are responsible for ensuring a safe and orderly environment on school buses, including supervising the loading and unloading of students at designated stops.Key Responsibilities:Maintain order and safety during bus rides.Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus.Exercise good judgment and interact positively with children.Address student behavior in a courteous yet firm manner.Requirements:Ability to build positive relationships with children.Strong judgment and interpersonal skills.Schedule:Monday through FridayMorning Shift: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AMAfternoon Shift: 1:45 PM – 4:00 PMHours may vary depending on bus routes.Salary:$19.29 per hourJoin our team and help create a safe and supportive environment for our students!
