Location: Special Services DepartmentHours: 12 Months – Monday through Friday; 40 hours per weekSalary & Benefits: $57,848 - $72,002 annually as per the KLSSA contract; prorated from start dateResponsibilities:Develop and track purchase orders relevant to Special Services.Track contract renewals for all Special Services vendors.Participate in and provide updated budget materials for biweekly budget meetings with Director of Special Services.Manage and track federal grant funds.Track budgetary expenditures of Special Services Department using nVision software. Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Proficiency in nVision a plus. Candidate must qualify through the Westchester County Civil Service Commission and/or pass the appropriate Civil Service examination. Consideration for transfer will be given to candidates holding the title in permanent status in Westchester County, NY.
