Island Trees School District, Nassau County, is seeking an outstanding candidate who possesses NYS certification in both K-12 Physical Education and Health Education for a probationary position for the 2024-2025 School Year. Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate and model a wide variety of sport, movement, and fitness skills used in PE classes and athletic teams while possessing knowledge in Health-related curriculum and Social Emotional Learning. Candidates must be willing to coach school district sport teams ranging from grades 7-12. Qualified candidates can submit their resume, letter of interest and proof of certification through OLAS.
