Computer Aide Job Description The Island Trees Memorial Middle School is seeking a Computer Aide for the following tasks:• troubleshooting and maintaining classroom technology equipment. This includes smart boards, scanners, PC’s, laptops, and printers, to ensure they are in proper working condition.• repair of student Chromebooks.• placing service calls for all hardware and software issues.The purpose of the computer aide is to keep technology in the curriculum areas functional and in working order. The responsibility of the computer aide is not limited to the listed tasks and may be asked to take part in technology department duties outside of the normal required job description that helps keep the department functioning, as requested by the technology director.
