Full Time Elementary Music Teacher NYS Music K-12 Certification Required Responsibilities include: General Music (grades 2-5) 4th grade band 5th grade band Small group lessons Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to teach elementary general music curriculum as mandated by NYSED Knowledge of beginning pedagogy for woodwinds, brass and percussion A caring, student-centered philosophy Must be flexible, dependable, and highly organized Willingness to participate in school and community activities Strong classroom management skills Experience working with special education and self-contained classes Ability to work as a team member Anticipated leave : 8/30/2022 - 1/27/2023Interested individuals should apply on OLAS.Questions?
