This role requires NYS certification in Social Studies (7-12). The successful candidate will serve students at Woodmere Middle School. Job Title: Social Studies Teacher Key Responsibilities: At Woodmere Middle School (1.0 FTE): Provide instruction in a Social Studies classroom. Collaborate with special education teachers to plan and deliver differentiated instruction. Implement IEP goals aligned with NYS learning standards. Support students in accessing the curriculum through accommodations, modifications, and instructional strategies. Monitor and document student progress; participate in CSE meetings as needed.
