The Hoosick Falls Central School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered educator to join our instructional team as an Elementary Education Teacher. Candidates should possess: NYS Certification in Childhood Education 1-6 and strong knowledge of New York State instructional standards, the Science of Reading, and effective differentiation strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Excellent student engagement skills with a commitment to achieving student mastery through a variety of instructional strategies tailored to individual learning styles and needs. Effective classroom management skills and an understanding of restorative practices that promote positive student behavior and a supportive learning community. Excellent parent engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish positive partnerships that support student success. A collaborative mindset and willingness to participate with colleagues as an active and supportive team player.
