The Hoosick Falls Central School district is seeking a long-term substitute to fulfill a first grade maternity leave position in our elementary school to begin immediately and continue through February 1, 2023. Applicants should possess NYS Early Childhood Education Birth-2 or Childhood Education 1-6 certification and be prepared to work as part of a collaborative, supportive teaching team. We will consider recent graduates, retirees, individuals with certification pending, and teachers possessing certification in other states. The individual will be paid a prorated amount based on step A of our teachers' contract. All interested candidates should complete an OLAS application that includes a cover letter, resume, copy of certification, and references.
