Hoosick Falls Elementary School is looking for a full-time probationary appointment UPK-4 School Social Worker or School Counselor. The individual will be responsible for providing crisis support, individual and small group counseling and SEL and career classroom lessons, predominantly for the 3rd and 4th grade students.
