This is a 12-month position with full benefits including Health Insurance, Vision and Dental. Starting salary will be commensurate with experience.Civil Service Minimum Qualifications: Either:Graduation from High School or possession of a High School equivalency diploma; orOne (1) year of experience in a clerical or dispatching position requiring knowledge of record keeping and filing procedures.Position involves responsibility for the assigning of regular and substitute bus drivers to bus runs and scheduling bus routes for the school district. Duties also include operating the base radio unit to communicate with all bus drivers. Work is performed under the general direction of the Supervisor of Transportation. Does related work as required. Will be required to take written Civil Service test designed to evaluate knowledge, skills and/or abilities pertaining to the position. Position will require appropriate operators, or commercial driver's license to operate a motor vehicle conveying school children.
