This Dispatcher position involves responsibility for the assigning of regular and substitute bus drivers to bus runs and scheduling bus routes for the school district. Duties also include operating the base radio unit to communicate with all bus drivers. Strong computer skills needed to assist in preparation of transportation reports. Work is performed under the general direction of the Supervisor of Transportation. This position is a 12-month position, working 8 hours a day.
