Food Service Worker Substitutes As required Monday through Friday, when students are in session. Performs various tasks involved in the preparation and serving of food. Under direct supervision, the duties require incumbents to maintain & adhere to sanitary standards. Duties & Qualifications:Assist in the preparation of food for meal programs (sandwiches, salads, etc.);Serves food and snacks;Cleans tables, dishes, pots, and pans, etc.Acts as cashier when needed;Ability to use and care for food service equipment and all appliances;Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally, and in writing.
