Harborfields Central School District is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-centered paraprofessional to support students and staff at Washington Drive Primary School. Hours: 9:40 a.m. – 2:10 p.m.Schedule: Monday through Friday, when school is in session Responsibilities include: Supporting students in classroom and small-group settings Assisting students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Reinforcing teacher-directed lessons and activities Supporting student transitions, lunch, recess, and other school routines Collaborating with teachers and related service providers Helping maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment The successful candidate will demonstrate patience, flexibility, dependability, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to working with elementary-aged students.
