Head Varsity Football CoachThe Hannibal Central School District is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Head Varsity Football Coach to lead our program and inspire student-athletes both on and off the field. We are committed to fostering a strong and competitive football program that emphasizes skill development, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship.Position Overview:The Head Varsity Football Coach will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the varsity football program, including player development, game strategy, practice planning, and team leadership. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with two assistant coaches and have access to our athletic trainer to support student-athlete wellness and performance.Qualifications:NYS Coaching Certification (required)Prior coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to student-athlete development and academic successAbility to collaborate with district administration, athletic department, and community stakeholdersResponsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive football program that promotes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanshipPlan and lead effective practices and game strategiesFoster a positive and inclusive team culture that supports student growth and achievementWork with assistant coaches to ensure a cohesive coaching approachCommunicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrationEnsure compliance with all NYSPHSAA, Section III, and Hannibal CSD athletic policiesWhy Join Our Team?Hannibal CSD is committed to providing our student-athletes with a well-rounded and competitive football experience.
