The goal will be to increase academic success when it comes to grade level mathematics, numeracy, conceptual understanding and writing across all content areas. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Focusing on Academic Interventions for Grades K-6Providing professional learning for math content and pedagogy for staff throughout the school yearProviding ongoing coaching and support to implement best practices in math educationCreating model lessons that demonstrate scaffolding and interventionsCreating protocols for differentiating instructionSharing best practices for improving numeracy and conceptual understandingAnalyzing data and creating reports for reflection and actionProviding resources and guidance to help parents support their children in learning mathFacilitating the use of technology and digital tools in math instructionAssisting with the administration and processing of districtwide assessmentsMaintaining the Math department webpageMust be able to work 20 hours a month outside of the contractual dayCOMPENSATION: Service Assignment I CLOSING DATE: May 22, 2025Internal Candidates Only
