2023 Summer VacanciesMental Health Committee(S.H.A.P.E) INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLYDESCRIPTION: District SHAPE (School Health Assessment and Performance Evaluation) committee will collect information and provide a snapshot of the multi-tiered services and supports, staffing, financing and data systems of school and district comprehensive school mental health systems. The implementation of SHAPE will help map the district mental health service and assess system quality using national performance standards. Lead by district leaders, a multidisciplinary district team, including one representative from each school who is involved in school mental health efforts, will be assembled, and as a team they will complete one School Mental Health Profile, which collects information and provides a snapshot of the multi-tiered services and supports, staffing, financing, and data systems in the district’s mental health system.POSITION: (1) representative from each schoolREQUIREMENTS: - Valid NY State Social Worker, Psychologist, or Guidance Counselor certification required- Must have a recommendation letter from building principal. LOCATION: All Schools COMPENSATION: Contractual Hourly Rate - not to exceed 20 hours from August 1, 2023 through August 31, 2023CLOSING DATE: July 21, 2023
