Harmony Heights School has an immediate opening for a part time receptionist. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school. Candidate will be responsible for handling front desk duties, greeting visitors, managing phone calls, supporting office operations and supervising the Regroup & Return room. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome staff and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner. Maintain office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed. Assist with basic administrative tasks. Maintains all attendance records for students. Ensures building security by following procedures, including signing in visitors. Coordinates student transportation/bus schedules. Provides supervision for student who access the Regroup & Return room. Requirements: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as Google Drive. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Harmony Heights School is a 12-month program. Candidate will be required to work during our 6-week summer school program. The hours are Mon-Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00pm. Excellent working conditions, training provided. 3 letters of recommendation required.
