DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL PROGRAMS P-12The Director of Special Education reports to the Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego Board of Cooperative Educational Services' Assistant Superintendent for Instructional Services.The Director of Special Programs P-12 is a member of the Herkimer BOCES Leadership Team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing all special education programs and services for students with disabilities aged 3 to 21 served by Herkimer BOCES in accordance with federal and state regulations and BOCES policies.
