The Highland Falls - Fort Montgomery Central School District is seeking a long-term substitute School Social Worker for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants must possess a strong background in counseling high school students Experience required in facilitating Restorative Circles. MTSS team member, provide evidence-based interventions, and support inclusive learning environments that meet the needs of all learners. Collaborate with students, families and staff Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student health and academic records Experience working as a school social worker, psychologist or counselor Excellent written and oral communication skills with both children and adults Proficient use of technology to communicate, compile reports, and collect data. Those certified in NYS as a Social Worker, School Psychologist or Guidance Counselor are encouraged to apply. NYSED fingerprint clearance is required.
