The Half Hollow Hills School District is hiring an Employee Benefits Supervisor to manage a myriad of benefits for its almost 2,000 employees and almost 1,000 retirees. This leadership position, which reports to the Business Office, includes management of medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, Workers' Compensation, unemployment, flex spending accounts, etc. Compensation package includes a starting salary of $85,000, State retirement plan, paid time off, medical and dental coverage, optical, life insurance, long term disability, and paid holidays. Experience preferred. Important note: This is a provisional position. The successful candidate must sign up for and take the Employee Benefits Supervisor Civil Service test, and then be reachable* on the list of available candidates once it is released. "Reachable" refers to the candidate having scored highest on the test among the top three scoring test-takers interested in the position.
