HFM BOCES is accepting applications for 10-month + 20 days Teacher Aide position in PTECH at FMCC. PTECH, or Pathways in Technology Early College High School, is a 6-year program that incorporates project based learning and professional skills training as students work toward their 2-year degree from Fulton Montgomery Community College or SUNY Cobleskill (depending on the degree pathway) at no cost to their families.Teacher Aides work directly with students to assist them with access to an educational program. Job Qualifications:Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma is required.This is a Civil Service position with a residency requirement; you must be a resident of Hamilton, Fulton or Montgomery County in order to be considered for this position.Formal job offer/selection is contingent on ability to obtain a fingerprint supported criminal history background check through the TEACH system prior to working.
