Executive Functioning TeacherFarragut Middle School1.0 FTE Exploring Executive Functioning Teacher, Middle School Assignment: FMS will be adding a new series of courses for all students in grades 6 and 7 to develop their executive functioning skills. This course will be a half-year experience in which students explore organization, study skills, proper note-taking, planning and prioritization, time management, self-regulation, and flexible thinking, etc. The successful candidate will help design these courses.NYSED Required Certification: Valid NYS teaching certification (all certification areas eligible) that satisfies the requirements for teaching grades 6, 7, and 8.Required Skills: ?Relevant experience and skills for teaching executive functioning skills (as exemplified above). ?Must possess a strong understanding of middle school students.NYSED Fingerprint Clearance required Anticipated start date: August 27, 2025Salary Range: $68,569-$71,872AA/EEO Ethnically, culturally and linguistically diverse candidates are welcome in the Hastings-on-Hudson U.F.S.D.
