Art Teacher (Grades 8-12) Anticipated leave from January 29, 2025 through May 12, 2025The Haldane Central School District is currently accepting applications for a full-time, leave replacement art position. The successful candidate must have strong collaboration skills, creative lesson design, and an ability to engage students with varied teaching modalities. The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of the New York State Learning Standards for the Visual Arts and be able to integrate 21st Century Skills into the Visual Arts curricula. Valid NYS certification in Art or Visual Arts is required. Haldane is a small, close-knit school community whose campus is nestled atop the village of Cold Spring. The campus environment, coupled with small class sizes, creates a strong sense of connection among Haldane’s faculty, staff, students, their families, and the surrounding community.
