The Haldane Central School District is seeking qualified applicants for a leave replacement teaching position in the elementary school. The role includes co-teaching in second and third grade classrooms for both ELA and Math, as well as other duties related to collaborating with colleagues and supporting students. The successful candidate must hold the appropriate New York State Certification as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities Grades 1-6 or K-12. The leave replacement is expected to begin on or around November 18th, 2024 and run until approximately January 24th, 2024.The successful candidate will have experience supporting diverse learners using specially designed instruction and high level practices. The ability to utilize the principles behind the Science of Reading is essential when teaching literacy, as is the ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
