We are seeking a full-time, 12 month Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Coordinator to strengthen family-school-community connections, support successful student transitions, and guide the implementation of our new Life Skills Program and Tech-Hub which will include music production, AI, coding, photography, website design, podcasting, and other theatre production careers.Key Responsibilities:Build strong, culturally responsive relationships with familiesLead student transitions and postsecondary planning, including adult service referralsCoordinate student and family orientation programsSupport development and oversight of the Life Skills Program and Tech-HubForge community partnerships and manage internship/career connectionsMentor support staff and assist with onboarding new student services personnelCoordinate professional development in trauma-informed practices, behavior management, and student engagementCollaborate with CSE and transition teams to align supportsServe as liaison to residential programsPerform other duties as assigned by the SuperintendentBilingual (Spanish/English) strongly encouraged to apply
