Job Description: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide staff training, and support students with behavioral challenges to enhance their educational experience. Qualifications:Board Certified Behavior Analyst Bilingual, a plusExperience working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges in a school setting, preferredFingerprinting clearance required Essential Duties (include, but are not limited to):Conduct psychological, educational, and social-emotional assessmentsConduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying functions of behaviorDevelop and implement behavior intervention plans for students with behavior challengesProvide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies and interventionsCollaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plansParticipate in meetings as a behavior specialistStay up to date on best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Monitor and evaluate student progress through data collection and analysisOther duties as assigned Location: District-Wide Effective: 2024-2025 School Year Application Instructions: Qualified candidates should apply via OLAS with a resume and letter of interest to Andrew DiNapoli, before the deadline.
