High School Principal Job Description: The Greene Central School District is seeking a dynamic and innovative educator to serve as its next High School Principal. Greene High School services approximately 300 students in grades 9-12. T he District is very proud of its academic performance, high graduation rates, the multiple educational opportunities it provides, and its reputation as one of the most highly regarded school districts in NYS. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, highly successful classroom experience, knowledge of curriculum and effective instructional practices. The district is looking for visionary leader who can facilitate and collaborate a progressive educational vision and who possesses the ability to build consensus with staff, students, and parents. The successful candidate will: Hold, or be eligible for, New York State SAS, SDA or SBL certification. Have a strong background in teaching and curriculum.
