Qualifications: RN Certification. Experience working with children or in a school setting a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of pediatric health. Ability to handle high-stress situations and emergencies calmly. Valid state RN (Registered Nurse) license. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of team. Knowledge of local, state, and federal health regulations. Strong ethical standards and professionalism. Job Duties: Administer basic first aid and emergency medical care to students and staff. Conduct health screenings and assessments. Manage and maintain student health records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide counseling and support for students with mental health concerns.
