RTI/AIS Teacher Position Title: RTI/AIS Teacher Location: Elementary School Position Type: Full-Time Start Date: September 2026 Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and motivated RTI/AIS Teacher to provide targeted academic intervention and support services to elementary students. The ideal candidate will have expertise in literacy and intervention strategies and be committed to helping students achieve academic success through data-driven instruction. Responsibilities Provide RTI/AIS support in literacy and/or mathematics Deliver targeted small-group and individualized interventions Monitor student progress and analyze assessment data Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff Assist in developing intervention plans and instructional strategies Maintain accurate records of student performance and growth Qualifications Valid New York State teaching certification Strong background in literacy instruction and intervention Experience using data to guide instruction Excellent collaboration and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Dual certification in Special Education and/or Literacy preferred Candidates with dual certification and/or literacy certification will be considered first Experience with RTI frameworks and intervention programs Application Process Interested candidates should submit: Letter of interest Resume Copies of certification(s) Three professional references Applications will be accepted until Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
