Green Chimneys School is seeking a Social Worker for the Clearpool campus in Carmel, NY. The Social Worker will function as part of the education related service team and will partner with teachers, students, parents, and the school as a whole to support the social, emotional and academic needs of the student. This position will provide direct clinical services to students both one on one, and in groups, meeting their individual needs, as well as working collaboratively with the students’ families. The Social Worker will collaborate with teachers and other members of the interdisciplinary team to promote each child’s success in the program.Master's in School Social Work. NY State Certification as School Social Worker and LMSW or in pursuit.
