In this role, you will be responsible for managing our employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also play a key role in providing support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.Job Responsibilities:(include but not limited to)Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offProcess benefit enrollments, changes, and terminationsEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations, such as FMLA and ADACoordinate open enrollment activities and communicate benefit options to employeesManage relationships with benefit providers and resolve any issues or discrepanciesAssist employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide guidance on available optionsMaintain accurate employee records in WinCapCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on benefits administration processesMaintain the 403b Plan and be the point person for the annual auditCalculate benefit premiums and salary compensationBookkeeping and general accountingCreating and maintaining spreadsheetsRequired and Preferred Skills:Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes and regulations (at least 2 years experience with benefits management)Experience in accounting and able to work with numbersProficiency in Wincap (or a similar) system for managing employee records and benefits dataFamiliarity with leave management systems (FMLA)Experience in employee relations and providing support to employees regarding benefits inquiriesAbility to analyze data and generate reports on benefit utilization and costsExcellent communication skills to effectively communicate benefit options to employeesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate recordkeepingConfidential and sensitive to employees needs and concernsExperience in financial recording keeping, reviewing, and related tasksIf you have any questions about the position, please call Marc Copani, the Director of Human Resources, at (315)-593-5538.Apply on OLAS
