Our Business Education program offers a diverse range of courses including Accounting, Career & Financial Literacy, Virtual Enterprise, Web Page Design, Fashion Marketing, and Sports Marketing. The ideal candidate will foster creativity, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and career readiness through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of modern business practices, technology integration, and project-based instruction while helping students develop critical thinking, communication, and professional skills relevant to today’s workforce. Qualifications & Responsibilities: Valid NYS Certification in one of the following areas: Business and Distributive Education Certificate Plan and deliver instruction on topic courses in the areas of marketing, business, website design, computer applications, etc. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and district curriculum for business education. Assess and evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Comfortable communicating with linguistically diverse students, parents and guardians. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
