FRANKLIN CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT DLI (Delaware Literary Institute) was founded in 1835 as a private school located on the school's present site. In 1930, DLI became a central school district known as Delaware Literary Institute and Franklin Central School. In 1983, Franklin was placed on the register of National Historic Places. The Franklin Central School District has a proud history of providing a quality education in an environment of respect, collaboration, community involvement, and academic challenge. The district currently serves students in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. Franklin Central School District is seeking a licensed registered nurse (RN). Anticipated start date of May 18, 2026.
