Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid NYS School Building Leader certification.The candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills. The candidate must value collaboration and have a strong work ethic. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency with regard to the use of technology and analyzing data. Start Date: 1/16/24 Duration: Candidates must be available to work through June 30, 2024. A sooner departure date may be negotiated as the search for a new principal develops. Salary: Per current administrative contract; level of education and experience will be considered.This position reports to the Superintendent. What are the responsibilities of an interim principal?The position will supervise school staff regarding instruction, curriculum, student programs and issues, and building operations. This position will attend meetings, conduct meetings and training, and provide ongoing support as directed by current systems and the superintendent.
