Frankfort-Schuyler CSD is seeking a passionate, student-centered Library Media Specialist to lead a dynamic library program that fosters literacy, inquiry, digital citizenship, and a love of learning.The successful candidate will:Create a welcoming, inclusive library environment for all studentsCollaborate with teachers to integrate research skills, information literacy, and technology into instructionPromote reading engagement and lifelong learningSupport SEL and Positivity Project (P2) initiatives through literature and programmingTeach digital citizenship and responsible media useCurate and manage a diverse and relevant collectionWe are looking for someone who is relationship-driven, collaborative, innovative, and committed to taking care of kids while pursuing excellence, not perfection.The district will be conducting rolling interviews until the position has been filled.
