The ideal candidates will be experienced in meeting the diverse academic and developmental needs of young learners and possess the ability to inspire and challenge students.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement age-appropriate and engaging lesson plans aligned with district and state standards.Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.Differentiate instruction to meet the varying academic, social, and emotional needs of students.Collaborate with parents, special education staff, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies that support student success.Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to ensure academic and developmental goals are being met.Foster a classroom environment that encourages cooperation, mutual respect, and social-emotional growth.Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance teaching skills and school programs.
