Frankfort-Schuyler CSD is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled School Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will play a key role in supporting students with diverse learning needs by helping them develop the skills necessary to participate fully in their school activities, both academically and socially.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and assess students to identify occupational therapy needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support plan for students.Provide direct therapy services to students and monitor progress.Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and adaptive skills.Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy interventions.Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy and school-based services.Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.The district will be performing rolling interviews until the position is filled.
