Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Teacher Aide to support classroom instruction and help create a positive, engaging learning environment. The Teacher Aide works closely with the classroom teacher to assist with daily activities, provide student support and supervision, and ensure smooth classroom operations. Responsibilities Support the classroom teacher with instructional activities and lesson preparation Assist in maintaining a structured, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources Provide support to students with varying academic, social, and behavioral needs Assist with clerical duties such as copying, organizing materials, and data collection Promote positive student behavior and model appropriate social interactions Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success Qualifications High school diploma required Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow direction and take initiative when needed Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
