Teaching Assistant certification Level I, II or III required.This position is team oriented, and interested candidates are expected to be flexible, organized and hardworking. Specific responsibilities include the following:Supporting administration of school-wide assessments at key times during the year.Engaging in progress monitoring of K-5 students for specific goals in reading and math.Implementation of K-5 reading and math lessons in small groups under the direction of a lead teacher.Assist with preparation of materials.Basic computer competency is necessary and knowledge of elementary reading/math instructional methods is preferred.
